Patty Meagher Clare
Patty Meagher Clare is a seasoned practitioner in the retainer-based executive search field with 20 years experience. Her work spans a number of industries and functional areas.

Prior to founding P M Clare & Associates in 1999, Patty spent six years with Spencer Stuart's Chicago office as a principal, specializing in senior level executive searches for clients across North America. Before Spencer Stuart, she was a consultant with the Chicago office of Nordeman Grimm, a New York-based boutique firm. She began her career in the executive search field with Coopers & Lybrand's executive search practice in Chicago.

In addition to her search experience, Patty also spent one year with a large commercial real estate investment and development firm and two years with one of the top accounting firms, now Deloitte & Touche.

Patty earned her BBA from St. Mary's College of Notre Dame and her Masters degree in Management (MBA) with a concentration in marketing and organizational behavior from the Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Patty is a member of the Leader Council Board for Mercy Home for Boys & Girls.
